a weekend in Paris

Paris. my mom turned 60 last month, so i took her on a weekend trip to Paris. my favorite things we did:

- walking the streets Amélie walked (it's on a Dutch website)
- visiting Shakespeare and Company, which is the cutest bookstore i've been to
- hiding for the rain / visiting Centre Pompidou
- eating Mexican food at Mexi&Co, the strangest yet awesomest restaurant.

a weekend in Oslo

Oslo. i got to spend the weekend in my favorite Norway again, together with Danique. we got to wear our gloves, went for (super) long walks, ate Go'Morgen yoghurt in bed and kokosboller after visiting the flea market and cute shops. the sky was blue and the days were lovely.

a white Christmas!

Like last year, we're having a white Christmas! It's magical.

høst i Norge

I missed Norway - and especially Trondheim - so in the first break of university, I went on a small Norway roundtrip from Oslo to Trondheim to Bergen (by plane) and back to Oslo (by train). That train ride was stunning, but also the rest of the week was lovely. It was so good to talk Norwegian again, to see old and new friends and visit old and new favorite places. I hardly took any photos, but I did take some at one of my new favorite places in Trondheim: Fairytale Cupcakes.
